Mandarin

As I stand here in line waiting for free mandarin buffet I start to think about the human condition. Why on earth would I or anyone do this? I am going to end up waiting for 5 hours to save 20 bucks. And I am not alone. There are thousands around me willing to wait as well. All of this begs the question, is this what human kind has evolved to? Is this what we have come to? Thousands willing to waste away their free canada day of no work for one free meal?.....um well I guess so since I am in this line waiting too.
